Just Give Us a Call

You’ll hear the Main Menu offer:

  • For Checking, Savings, Loan Inquiries, to Transfer Funds or Pay Bills - Press 1
  • For Current Interest Rates and information about our featured products - Press 2
  • For Lafayette Ambassador Bank Office Hours and Locations - Press 3

The system will request your Social Security Number and then ask for your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If this is your first time using the system you can select any 4 digits to establish your Bank by Phone PIN, otherwise enter your existing PIN. On your first call you’ll also be asked to enter your primary checking account number and/or your primary savings account number.

As a security measure you will be asked to enter your Personal Identification Number a second time. That verification process will only be asked the first time you use Bank by Phone.

Because you may check balances or make transfers from accounts other than the primary accounts you designate, knowing your account numbers is a very important part of Bank by Phone. You can always find your account numbers at the top of your latest bank statement, or if you need assistance in identifying them you can get personalized help from one of our Telephone Customer Service Representatives.
